That's what we're going to do", Youngkin was caught on camera saying to a crowd of cheering supporters for GOP candidate Yesli Vega.
Youngkin mentioned the attack seconds after telling the crowd that the GOP has had enough of Joe Biden and US Representative Abigail Spanberger.
The crowd was captured cheering on Youngkin as he continued to speak at the rally.
